Michael Golding

Born in 1987, Michael Golding studied music at Lancaster University, where he was principal trumpet of all major ensembles, and principal conductor of the University Brass Band and Wind Band. After graduating with a BMus degree in 2008, he went on to study for a Masters degree in composition at Salford University with Professor Peter Graham, graduating with distinction in 2010. His music for Brass Band has received notable performances from bands such as National Australia Brass and Cory.
