The Pilgrims Progress

Jimmy Webb's MacArthur Park pays a nostalgic tribute to an area of Los Angeles. During the 1950s and 1960s, local people would gather in the park to get away from the thriving metropolis. People had the opportunity to take a picnic, play outdoor checkers and backgammon, or ride on the motor boats around the lake.
Barry Forgie's exciting arrangement is sure to become a popular addition to the brass band repertoire.
